3. TERMS OF SALE

3.1 Booking procedure

  • Selection of arrival and departure dates
  • Selection of pitch / accommodation type
  • Entry of personal details
  • Review and confirmation of the booking

3.2 Check-in and check-out times

Pitches: Check-in 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., check-out by 12:00 noon

Mobile homes / glamping: Check-in 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.

Villa Voliera: Check-in 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.

Late arrival: Please notify us if you are arriving after 8:00 p.m.

Early check-in / late check-out (subject to availability):

  • Pitches: EUR 100
  • Mobile homes / glamping: EUR 300
  • Villa Voliera: EUR 600

3.3 Methods of payment and security

Non-refundable rate: 100% of the payment due immediately

Refundable rate: 30% immediately, the remainder by 31 days before arrival

On site: Cash and cards

Payment security: The confidentiality of your data is protected and secured by the use of SSL encryption. Online payment pages are secured by means of the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a procedure for encrypting data in order to prevent unauthorised access during its transmission. This enables the secure transfer of information and prevents unauthorised access to data during communication between the user’s computer and the payment service, and vice versa. The payment service and financial institutions exchange data through a virtual private network (VPN), which is protected from unauthorised access. The payment service used is certified to the PCI DSS Level 1 security standard prescribed by Visa and Mastercard rules. The merchant does not store credit card numbers and the numbers are not accessible to unauthorised persons. The payment service is based on the 3-D Secure standard, which currently offers the most secure solution for payment by credit and debit cards in the internet environment. If the customer’s card participates in the 3-D Secure programme, the customer will be asked for additional identity verification as confirmation that he or she is the actual cardholder using the card.

3.4 Cancellation conditions and refunds

VILLA VOLIERA – Refundable: 365–31 days before (no charge), 30–0 days before (100% charge), no-show (100% charge)

VILLA VOLIERA – Non-refundable: 365–0 days before (100% charge), no-show (100% charge)

MOBILE HOMES / GLAMPING – Refundable: 365–21 days before (no charge), 20–0 days before (100% charge), no-show (100% charge)

MOBILE HOMES / GLAMPING – Non-refundable: 365–0 days before (100% charge), no-show (100% charge)

CAMPER PITCH – Refundable: 365–14 days before (no charge), 13–8 days before (30% charge), 7–0 days before (100% charge), no-show (100% charge)

CAMPER PITCH – Non-refundable: 365–0 days before (100% charge), no-show (100% charge)

Refund deadline: In the event of a justified cancellation of the booking in accordance with the conditions set out above, the refund will be issued within 14 working days. The refund will be made exclusively in the same manner in which the payment was made, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3.5 Complaints and objections

  • Method of submission: In writing (e-mail to info@papafigo.hr) or orally at the campsite reception
  • Submission deadline: Immediately during the stay or no later than 8 days after check-out
  • Response deadline: 15 days
  • Resolution: Refund, price reduction or replacement of the accommodation

3.6 Out-of-court dispute resolution

The Municipal Court in Pula has jurisdiction over all disputes.

3.8 Technical means for correcting errors

Before the booking is finalised, you have the option to review all the data entered and to correct any errors. The booking confirmation can be saved or printed. In case of an error after the booking has been made, please contact us at info@papafigo.hr.

3.9 Force majeure

In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemic, state of war, government regulations), neither party shall be held liable. We will offer the option of changing the dates or providing a refund.

4. Currency Conversion Notice

All payments are processed in EUR (euro). If your credit card is issued in a different currency, the amount will be converted into your local currency by your card issuer in accordance with their exchange rate. A slight difference from the original price in EUR may occur due to currency conversion and exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Statement on the use of Monri WSPay

OPG Morena Derossi-Bursic uses Monri WSPay for online payments.

Monri WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments by credit and debit cards and other means of payment. Monri WSPay ensures that buyers and merchants can enter and transmit card data securely, which is also confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate held by Monri WSPay. Monri WSPay uses an SSL certificate with 256-bit encryption and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection for the entry and transmission of data
